So the bottom strip says the Interchange will rebrand but the actual content says nothing about that ZTN?

They should name it the Anthem interchange after the two men, Solomon Mutsvairo and Freddy Changundega who wrote the words and composed the music respectively and have never been recognized properly by the government. South Africa has roads named Enock Sontonga after the SA national anthem composer. Solomon Mutsvairo died without recognition and Freddy Changundega is in old age. Both have lived in utmost poverty as commoners with their great achievement.
The two man were apolitical, contrary to common belief and rightly served the nation with unwavering pride.
