2 Things : 1) The driver had no sense of driving in a lane. For civilized people that is annoying to watch. 2) Why did you not check the weather for the day before venturing out to shoot this video ? View messed up because of the rain and windshield wiper is not OK. But I still think that it was nice of you to share your coverage with us. Thank you.
