hi josh, ill just recommend trying yerba mate as your caffeine source, its not super expensive and provides a more smooth boost to me at least

I was so excited to try this product, but boy what a letdown. I got the cotton candy... I can't stand the smell or the taste. It's like eating chalk that is bitter. So far I don't really notice a difference after using it once I'm finally able to drink it and haven't thrown up. I know a lot of things in the workout world don't taste good. I have tolerated a lot of the workout stuff but this has to be one of the worst that I've had.
