Van, I am sorry for the grief you are experiencing as a result of the trump win. However, your worldview and core beliefs are just that, YOURS. These are your perspectives about how people of varying groups feel. Many of individuals of these same groups you mentioned voted for trump and do not feel like they are waking up to a nightmare. You cannot generalize and place people in little boxes and assume that they ALL feel the way you think that they feel. Your assumption of their experience cannot be generalized across the board with the groups you outlined. Many, as the results show, apparently are quite happy with their selection of a candidate. And do not share the views that you hold regarding their experience.
