How is this not insider trading? Insider trading should not only involve possession of non-public knowledge about a company but also such knowledge about their suppliers, certification agencies and external auditors.

Firstly it's not Adani Hindenburg scam, it's only Adani scam and please don't create such click baits, Kotak has nothing to do with it they just made money from the news they had and nothing wrong with it.

May be Kotak Mahindra did the right thing. Because there is no businessman in the world that earned without making some unethical things. We can see that Adani also did wrong things to grow in the business. For example he took over ndtv forcefully even though ndtv owners are not ready to give him the ndtv shares. So if you do wrong with anyone be ready to accept your fruit. That’s it.

If Adani is not wrong as SEBI and court then Kotak bank is also not wrong. Tit for tat

If the report is false, Hindenberg would lose billions in a court case. Adani is welcome to challenge them in the US. Moreover, Adani and SEBI have not refuted and answered all the cases made in the report.

It is highly likely that Adani has manipulated the market and Kotak Mahindra only did what any sound business should do.
