Just to clarify for some people: The character of Poison was based off 2 real life people: Pinina and Popeye. Pinina is dead now and Popeye had a 23 year jail sentence and came out healthy and well a couple of years ago. He past away because of cancer around February this year.

the resemblance of most of the cast to the actual people is uncanny. great job by the casting director of finding people who look like the characters and could also have the acting skills to perform their parts too

0:41 The guy in the picture is not Limón, it's another member of the cartel called "Paisa" who actually appears in the series, as the driver of the Catedral's truck. There are no public photos of Álvaro de Jesús Agudelo, aka Limón, asides the one of his corpse.

1:22 Although the guy in the picture is called Fernando Duque, he wasn't Pablo Escobar's lawyer, he is just a Colombian politician. Pablo's lawyer in real life was called Guido Parra, and just like it appears in the show, he was murdered by Los Pepes, along with his son, in 1993.
There are no public photos of him.
