hi tony, i think i have exactly same issue, i have a macbook pro with volt usb and seen its only 2 damn usb port i have to use..a hub to connect power, monitor, USB interface, when i turn on my Moog subsequent 37, and i plug the jack into the audio interface...it is horrible, i cant barely hear the synth. its all hiss damn loud. i have read about a possible ground loop and, disconnected the plug..running the mac only on battery, and ...et voilá..the noise is totally gone. Do you recommend me to get one of these? i see also behringer is selling it with jack 1/4 in/out
