Story 2: That wasn't identity theft. That was identity gift.

Story 1: As Darkfluff has stated before: “people don’t quit bad jobs, they quit bad bosses”

Story 2: That girl makes rocks look like Einstein in comparison 😂😂😂

Story 1: Rule of thumb, don't promote workers to manager position because they kissing your rear and promote the one's that are the most likely do well as a manager role and make it a probation period in order to remove them if they are not suited.

Story 5:
>Managers can't communicate with each other
>One owner gets really hissy when OP tells him they've been injured.
>A badly injured OP is more-or-less told to manage an event anyway
>Loads more work on OP after another employee is fired, causing OP to work way into overtime
>Is surprised when OP works overtime because of heavy workload and someone expects OP to take less time on the same amount of work.
>Both owners give contradicting instructions to OP because more miscommunication
>OP is eventually fired, and they fight over unemployment

Yeah, I doubt this business will last long. Either one of them stops being the owner, or they fix their communication problem and bring in more employees to avoid overtime if they're so concerned about it

Story 2: So…why did the owner give Meg the title of manager? Terrible at giving information, being a victim of identity theft multiple times, doesn't know squat about a lot of things average adults know, pretty much the opposite of a good manager.

My guess is that the owner just doesn't want Meg on the streets

I went to a class one time on how to get a job. The instructor asked us what were the most important benefits a company could provide. After we named all the of the usual benefits we could come up with, he said we hadn’t named the most important of all. As we sat there puzzled, he said a great boss. No matter how many benefits are offered, if you hate going to work everyday, and are miserable, it’s just not worth it.

Story 4, you cannot be punished for not working a day you weren't scheduled or notified for. I wouldn't have signed the write up and escalated it

Story 1: Boss man: We noticed you're not going above and beyond anymore.

Opie: You mean be manager without the title or pay? Not my job anymore. And don't turn on me because you messed up and hired a pretty smile with a charming personality as your manager.

When you're in a situation like that and get fired, you ask for a meeting with a case manager or supervisor at the unemployment office. You give them copies of the stuff that you did, tell them about the staffing, the miscommunication between the bosses, everything. ESPECIALLY the crap about you working too much overtime. And that they didn't help you with the stuff. That way the supervisor can recommend that the city/state revoke their business license. Just in case they try to fight the unemployment.

Story 3: Mr. Smith probably recognized OP’s mental agility, for him to come up with that malicious compliance. Figured he was teachable in the ways of business.

Last one - especially in Brasil, a judge acting like she was is forgetting that there are other judges around. And sometimes the lawyers you deal with get to become judges. So you piss off enough other judges ... basically, she did the whole FAFO scenario.

I worked at a job where I did almost everything, the scheduling, onboarding, ordering uniforms and supplies, all HR duties related to hiring new employees, and payroll, by myself. I asked for $2 an hour more and was told the company couldn't afford it, so I found another job and quit. I went back 3 months later to visit and found out they hired 3 people to do my job at the same rate, each, they had paid me. So you can't afford $2 an hour but you can afford $20 an hour? Needless to say they are no longer in business.

Story 2, as someone who used to do scambaiting (most scambaiters call scammers, I would wait for them to call me, then I would make their lives miserable..) I have heard of this happening a lot!

Mr. Smith realized he was the bad guy in a Clerks ripoff and by god he was not going to let that define him.

Story 2: So that's how scammers actually manage to make money. It is genuinely incomprehensible to me for anyone to be that stupid.

Story 5 - OP should have reported her employers to the relative authorities after they made her work despite having been assaulted ! That’s a really crappy thing to do !

Story 2: Her brother should keep her from knowing her own identifying information next time. She isn't smart enough to keep it safe. And I bet she'd forget it quickly enough that there would be no problem if he told her not to think about it, he'd take care of it the whole time. 😂
