FINALLY! America Tests New XB-1 Supersonic Boom At Insane Speed.

The plane was designed to fly at Mach 2.2 — 2.2 times the speed of sound, or about 1,700 mph (2,700 kph). The first flight would be over the Mojave desert in the same airspace where, in October 1947, Chuck Yeager first broke the sound barrier in the Bell X-1 experimental airliner.

Three jet engines to power a small aircraft means they do not have the technology. The F-35, Eurofighter and Saab, have supersonic fighter jets with a single engine or two.
Although ordinary travellers like me will never fly I these new jets, I welcome competition against Boeing's monopoly. It will be interesting to see what dirty moves Boeing will make to shut down Boom

Supersonic flight ✈
We can name it the “ Concord “. LoL 😂
In 1975 a ticket only cost $10, 000 dollars
I can only imagine how much one will cost in 2025

Sustainability? Please don't take the Boeing path. Set aside the woke virtue signaling and just build a fast plane that works properly and safely.

Another quickly (read; poorly) scripted click bait, read by an Ai, and full of irrelevant footage. Not sure how Boom feels about their aircraft being 'simmed' doing beat-ups and aerobatics?
Another 5 minutes of my life wasted.
