I live in Cincinnati. My teenage son has a rare disease called Prader Willi syndrome (pws). Hamilton County JFS took my son from camp with no warning. No home visit. No call. Nothing. These social workers think they know better than doctors and experts. With PWS the leading cause of death is obesity. Food must be locked up because they will eat themselves to death. Theres not a case in the world where someone with this syndrome can live independently. Im guessing thanks to "equality" these childless social workers fresh out of college would think that my son is the exception and can overcome pws by "making better choices". Ultimately they were given the power to set my son up for failure. Ignoring his needs he is now pushing 400 pounds, Its been a year now. Hamilton county has taken $20, 000 from us putting us at risk for losing our house. But more importantly my sons health is dire. The county doesnt want me to have access to his medical records. We get to see eachother once a week. Since nobody would tell me my sons weight I brought my own scale to a visit only to later find out that me bringing the scale was a reason to not increase our contact. My son has been moved 5 times. Hes been in and out of the hospital. I have recordings from before our calls were stopeed of him being screamed and cussed at by group home staff. At the last place my son lived I kept raising my concerns about his safety that went nowhere. I tried to do a well check on him but when the police went there the foster mom met them outside and they never talked to m son alone. Ultimately he was moved from there but only after that same police dept took him from there to the er with bruises on him from that woman. I only knew he was in the hospital because someone I knew seen him there. Im not allowed to be with him in the hospital even though Ive spent over a thousand nights in that hospital with him due to his syndrome. I had a family member sneak to see him since we had no idea why. That person got pictures of the bruises, otherwise I would have never known. There have several incidents like this. The caseworker literaly said in court that I was a problem for "knowing things I shouldnt know". Another time someone in the community seen my son out at a bar sitting by himself while the same foster parent who bruised him up was with her homies. I get another alert about what my son was eating and immediately go to where he was at and sure enough the one plate of food was 3 days worth of his calorie allowance. This wasnt a concern to the court but the fact that I went there and took pictures was. The kicker in the report used to take him it says my son told the social worker mommy puts liquor in her coffee and this according the social worker makes me unsafe. The foster mom was seen getting drunk at a bar with her homies and then driving home with my child and this was ok. Bless my sons heart but hes mrdd and gets things wrong like timelines. Also in the report it said that I spend too much time in my bedroom. Im a single mom and its just me and my son in the house. Nevermind that he has serious medical issues. Apparently its more important what rooms I spend my time in. Im pretty sure my son was probably referring in his mind to when I had recently broken my foot. It was stressful for jhim that I couldnt move quick enough. However by the end he had develpoed some patience and offer to get me something to drink. Its really hard to wrap my head around the rationale. My son has a comfy bed in his comfy room but has had to sleep on a cot in an office with his cpap machine surrounded by strangers because his stay at home put liqor in her coffee and spends too much time in her room to be close to him while hes in his room. For the record we have a yard and a basement and a garage and all the things. My bedroom has the best view but since all of this I dont even sleep in there anymore. Only when the right family is harmed will anything be done about social workers not having to worry about consequences.

CPS do nothing but ask under pressure kids to say it all while they can't speak openly even if a minor had fracture bone here in California. Ex abusing my poor kids verbally and physically, but me as a dad can't do anything even I have kids audios confessing the abuse and saying don't wanna go to her house. Wish I can get some help since I can't hire an attorney due to heavy child support. Pray for my kids please. Justice system is just one way and unfair to deal with

When you go through domestic violence and you have a restraining order they still can take you and CPS false charges but it's crazy I don't understand if your restraining order it should food courts and CPS as if not they can just abused that which they do I'm talking about domestic violence situation it was done to me they didn't win though not all people are so lucky
