Please dont do this people.
Those cleaning wipes are full of chemicals you dont want you cat ingesting.
They wont like it but rinse with water in the sink or tub if it's too much for a wet wash cloth.
Whatever soap, if needed, should be completely and thoroughly rinsed out!
Better safe than sorry.
Whatever gets on your cats hair, they're gonna lick off!
So if soap left on doesn't cause a skin infection, it could cause internal issues.
