Excellent information . We are extreme Road cyclist -climbers. We often encounter severe temp drops nearing the summit. Decents involve less work and rapid heat loss..I like the windmill affect you mentioned.. something we did as kids just in play. I think whilst riding( climbing) we can articulate this maneuver without crashing.. any practical tips on going down a mountain at 60-75k...would be my question of the day....
