What is Product Liability?

Product liability is the area of law in which consumers can bring claims against manufacturers and sellers for products that injure people. To sue for product liability, you only need to show 1 of 3 things to hold the manufacturer Liable. You need to show that either
they built the product badly- a manufacturing defect
they designed the product badly- a design defect
or they didn’t warn you about a risk or danger associated with the product- a failure to warn. By digging into the details of what caused harm and how, product liability law provides straightforward ways to establish who is liable for injury.

the drawings start from left to right and since the artist is left handed blocks most of the drawing when moving to the right. Then when you finally see it it changes to the next one. can't really appreciate the drawing and that is a distraction to fully pay attention to the voice and content.

My brother was sick and consulted a doctor. The doctor suggested some medicines, which my brother took for a month. However, since there was no improvement in his condition, he consulted another doctor, who told him that the medicines prescribed earlier were wrong and could cause serious side effects. Can I file a claim against the first doctor or the hospital authorities for medical negligence?
