I know this trick, really awesome party trick, if you’ve had a couple of drinks or you’re at a kids bday party. You cover the white spaces firstly, then as you’re flipping you cover the extra dots so it looks as if you’ve made the other dots disappear.

One dot has a flat edge on the 3 dot side if you watch closely. Kinda gives the trick away

When you show one side your thumb do the trick on the other side

AHA I caught u on this one. The dots are stacked onto of each other and when u demonstrated the 3 and 8 dots u used ur thumbs to move them. U didn't perfectly stick them so when u flipped it I could see the discrepancy
