I witness a problem in entering dates using user form. Either i enter the date in text box as 03/05/2015 (referring to dd/mm/yyyy) or i enter the date as 05/03/2015 (again referring dd/mm/yyyy), excel automatically changes the date and display them as 05/03/2015 and 03/05/2015 respectively. can you suggest me the solution for this problem?

what if the cell wasnt in text format to begin with. how can I convert it to one without making it different? I have 1000 s of lines of code.
for example 26, 6 is converting to 45103 when text is applied. is there no solutions to this very simple problem???é
