I am very confused please help me! I knew that was the technique and tried it out by myself but underneath 'MacBook Pro" all I am seeing is "16 inch, 2019" - Tried this method a bunch of times with no luck. Also tried many other ways and nothing has worked either : ( Plus I have a stomach bug!! : ( (Not that you can help with that part lol)x
