Why can i not choose which part of the song i want to do??? Triller automatically chooses which 30 secs I can edit....what if i dont want that specific 30 secs ?!?!

You can’t pick what part of the song you want to use? Like I understand you can choose up to 31 seconds, but is it not a feature to pick what 31 seconds of the song you are allowed to use? If so who decides which part of the song is fair use?
