Our trip to the Petrof Factory is coming closer and we are very excited. It will be the peak of spring and Prague will be truly beautiful. In order to be well prepared please take care of the following points and considerations.
o A copy of the passport main page for every participant.
o Emergency Contact in US: Name, Address, Phone, Email, Relation
o Travel Insurance: If you have booked your flight yourself, you must book travel insurance and send us the copy. Here is the link:
o Special Considerations: Please email us.
