I was going on that cruise ship but something bad happened on

Sailed with huge group that enjoyed the Latin Salsa Dancing.  Divina replaced the Poesia ship, which was also marvelous.  Divina as well as Poesia cater to all nationalities, but I appreciate the fact that recognizes the power of the hispanic community,  including a night club for latin salsa  dancers.  Rates went up comparing the 2011 rates where we only paid $752 per person on a balcony,  11 nights cruise visiting the caribbean  and central america.   Those days are gone, but  they still have the lowest rates cruising in luxury and still catering to hispanics!  There is another cruise company that offers the  "Bolero" lounge on their Mega ships,  but the live band is not the best.. .

At first since it was so cheap compared to other ones, and I was gonna go on royal Caribbean, I was like, this is crap, until I saw videos about it, looks amazing! They're cheap now cause they're just starting on the USA market, after they get more fame, watch the prices go up like crazy

we just got off the MSC Divina on Friday the 14th and was very disappointed that they did not change the itinerary on the way to the Bahamas so we went through the storm on the way to Nassau. after that we were supposed to go to their private island and we could not make it until Thursday, wasted week at sea. besides that the food was cold and very bad. never again with MSC. the food on the ship is very bad both on the buffet and main dining, ah almost forgot, the infinity pool was not even full as expected. when we came on board to our cabin the towels were dirty, that is just not acceptable. the cruise director would not announce the daily activities so we had to walk around with the paper daily activities guide to know what was going on, i wasted a week's vacation.

Worst cruise experience on the MSC Divina I ever had on a cruise, bad and cold food and total bad service. Never again. We could not even enjoy Ocean cay. Also everything is so expensive on board like if the were a 5 star rating cruise line, your customer service? Wow, no wonder you have 2.9 reviews on Google and 1.9 on yelp

 i just got off this ship with a special charter and i can say i was VERY disappointed...the staff was not friendly at all..especially the bar staff..they didnt say hi.didnt seem to enjoy their job..i seemed to be in their way..the food wasn't good...very bland and no interest...late night buffet was the same every night..salad dressings watery..few options for veggie or healthy meals...the pasta was just horrible..chalky and no flavor...pool areas nice..great theater and spa area..gym very adequate...the service on this ship was terrible..stay with royal or celebrity..
