Hi Aileen! I'm also a believer of Korean skin care routine, and yes the toner layering thing is real! It's called the "seven skin method" (toner is also called "skin" in Korea). But the 10 steps routine is a different thing, it has toner and essence in the routine but all the steps are different, but of course it doesn't have to be exact 10, in fact, people who do all the 10 morning and night are very rare.

And what a surprise, I've been using Trello for more than 2 years and yes it's really helpful, especially for group projects. So glad you're enjoying it ☺️
