I like this better than the one I seen last week where she was under something pressing her down next to the hive frame

I have made something similar using a medicine bottle with the bottom cut off and a smooth fitting wooden plunger with a dowel attached. A little piece of foam on the wood plug makes it easier to see her. About 6 or
7 1/4" holes in the white cap lets a person use a marker. Care must be taken not to squish the queen, but it works pretty well. Bob
