If we had the proportions, it would be better. But I definitely would mix this in a bowl before bringing it to the car.

Adjust amounts appropriately for more or less slime.
In a mixing bowl, pour in three cups of shaving cream.
Add ½ teaspoon of baking soda and ½ cup of glue.
Add 1 tablespoon of saline solution.

I worked with preschoolers, for several, years, and at the end of the day I would spray shaving cream onto the tables and let the kids play in it. They thought it was all for fun, which it partly was, but it also removed the days hardened glue. I had a parent that tried it at home and the next day she teasingly said "I'm upset with you Ms Stephanie". After asking her why, she said that she put shaving cream on their wooden dining room table and that the shaving cream stripped the laquer right off of it. I told her that I was sorry and that our tables were Formica tops. I never suggested that she use it, but I felt bad for her, as she was a single parent of two beautiful kids.

1/2 cup white glue, 2 teaspoon baking soda, 1-2 Tablespoon contact solution. MIX IN A BOWL. then use to clean. I used it in our Jeep to remove the desert dust out of all the nooks and crannies. Why would mix this in the cup holder??? forgot to mention to let it sit 5-10minutes once mixed. You will be able to pick up and shape it into a ball and clean inside of car.

The measurements have to be perfect!! Then it would work. My wife used to make that slime stuff for her students but took her a minute to get the measurements right.

They're making slime and as a slime shop owner... you need "activator" (dissolve 1 tsp borax powder into 1 cup water and let cool) and skip the baking soda.
