Whenever Al Capone was about to be attacked, he musta been like “hold on, let me drop these 25 iron curtains before you shoot!”

Am I the only one that got scared the shit out of when he first quickly zoomed in on the guy in the car? I thought it was a manican at first.

Capone’s actual car looks nicer than that and is a 1928 Cadillac close paint job though, the original had bulletproof glass not drop down sheet metal

Legend has it he's still folding down curtains.😂

There used to be a car like this at the Imperial Palace Hotel Car museum in Las Vegas. It was putatively Al Capones armored limosine. It was, if I remember, a 1930 V-16 Cadillac. It had many of the features of this car plus an oil line from the crank case which would send a jet of hot oil on to the exhaust manifold to create a smoke screen. Standard equipment included a box of roofing nails to be dumped through a coffee can sized hole in the floor. There were gun ports in the thick armored door glass as I recall. The museum was broken up when the hotel change hands....where it went I can only guess. There were MANY historic cars that were dispersed in this corporate raid

It's a piece of history.  He is not glamorizing Capone it's just history.  Very cool and I would love to have historic pieces like this.  It is very cool.

You devalued the car tremendously by gutting it and restoring it

Rick from Pawn Stars- “ Do you have any paperwork signed by Big Al”? If you do, I can go as high as $50 bucks” Let me call a buddy of mine, his Uncle rode shotgun with Big Al” 😂😂😂😂😂

I doubt Al Capones actual car would just be sitting in some guys garage casually like this

"Al Capone's Real Armored Car" Then you say "We Believe it is" Some of the hinges don't seem to be era correct nor does the craftsmanship. What I believe you have is a old Chicago police car as they were black and green and your faking the car. Al's car had one inch glass all around and the rear glass slid down for rear shooting. But you don't mention the glass thickness at all, maybe you did not know this Al's items were confiscated and restored and that is not it!!

I have never seen a worse attempt at a fake in my life.

So glad to see this. My dad restored his Cadillac 16 cylinder. Happy someone else is still restoring history. Patty Lou Eakins

If I remember correctly the US Government ended up with Capone's car and actually used it the U.S. President Limo until one was made for the President.

It may be an armored car, and it may be from the 20's. But was it really Capone's? And how could such a famous vehicle end-up in some suburbanite's garage? I'll paraphrase Carl Sagan: "Extraordinary claims require extraordinary proof".
