uh what is fsr and im using a microsoft surface pro 8 and its not realy relying on the graphics card its actually bearly being used is there something i can do to configure it

With a 1050ti(laptop) why i cant play with a 6 year old cod? Is the 8gig ram the problem?

i just purchased a Microsoft Studio Laptop
Surface Laptop Studio - Intel Core i5, 16GB RAM, 256GB SSD, Intel® Iris® Xᵉ

Or i could purchase the same laptop but i7 with a GeForce RTX 3050 Ti, would this be sufficient to run cod at 60FPS 1080?

Will this be sufficient to run at 60FPS on mw2 on a decent settings? I’m just new to this & will sub right now :)
