Why can't this dude just say it was hard for him to exhale and get rid of the carbon monoxide building up in his body from lack of oxygen. He's just there to try to confuse the jury.

Wasn't his oxygen 98%? So how does lack if oxygen even factor in here?

Judge: Did you shoot and kill the victim?
Me: The victim was a smoker and ate too many honey buns which led to poor health... The bullet played no role, his poor choices in life caused pulmonary embolism that led to his death. It just happen that he had a bullet in him too. The cause of death is undetermined.

What I'm having a hard time with. Opioids cause respiratory depression. Rate of breathing decreases. Gets slower and slower, with late stage of a OD is agnol breathing. Than you stop breathing, which causes Cardiac Arrest. Which in turn is aphixia. How the hell can anyone determine the actual cause of death?

So just discovered this “expert” is being sued in a Cover-Up on another case! This so called Doctor has a look of contempt and arrogance when speaking to Blackwell! No credability, his look of disdain, absolutely disgusting! Came off combative and disingenuous on certain questions!
