Показать описание
If you have some data in Excel and it is in a number format you might want to convert it so that it is in a text format. This can happen if you import data such as a telephone number. If it has imported as a number it might drop digits such as the leading zero. You can fix this using the TEXT() function. It also allows you to format it so you can add in characters such as zeros, brackets, hyphens etc.

How do I do this with a large column of numbers that need to be set as text? I have the apostrophe, but I need to click in each cell and Enter to convert one at a time. Can I do it all together?
