No diff. Golb transforms rick in a tetris block. Rick isnt even the strongest in his own verse. Strongest in his infinite multiverse but only because the multiverses where rick is strongest are separated from the inifinite multiverses where he isnt the apex predator meaning that in his own verse there are probably beings above rick.

Golb is legit an unstoppable force. The only weakness that Golb has, which Rick can exploit, doesnt even beat, or kill Golb, it js delays the inevitable. But that's only if Golb treats Rick like he treated Scarab, if not, Rick dies frame one.

Golb beyond negative diff.
Rick was potentially killed a bunch of times in the series, even the opportunity to be reborn as a clone in another universe will not give him anything, Golb can erase the entire infinite multiverse at will and thereby kill Rick C-137

I honestly think this is closer than you would think. With ricks intelligence he could probably FIND a way to defeat golb (albeit not kill because gold can’t be killed by anything.) But Rick could pull what Finn and the gang did to “defeat” him much more efficiently.
