LEGO Star Wars 75315 IMPERIAL LIGHT CRUISER Review! (2021)

The LEGO Star Wars Moff Gideon's Cruiser set delivers BIG! With 3 NEW & exclusive Minifigures (including a LEGO DARK TROOPER)! The best feature on the set is the TIE Fighter launcher for sure with a built in handle allowing for some high-level swooshability! For $160 this Summer 2021 LEGO Star Wars set is fairly priced in my opinion but could've used an Imperial Officer & another Dark Trooper to really bolster the Minifigure line up.

I just feel like there should be more in the back section, i remember seeing a speed build and thinking they could have used some more of that back area. Overall though 8.5/10

For that price point there definitely should have been two Dark Troopers. And yes, the Dark Saber should be a different mold. There are existing Ninjago swords that would have worked better . . . really surprised they didn't get more creative here.

It’s cool, but meh, I’ll wait for a sale on this one. The last ATAT at this same price beats this easily. Still hope to get a Venator in this scale in the next round.

For the interior, it would be better if instead of the cup it had a micro figure hologram of mandalorian

I do like The Mandalorian’s figure. It has somewhat good accuracy with the printing, I just wish it had a face and a jet pack.

The way they did the head and helmet of the dark trooper is similar to the original clone troopers. The head and helmet allow for us to twist the head and make the eyes black like they are turned off which I find cool

Was helping a friends move and saw this leaning against the wall, and he sold it to me for 30 bucks. Box top was open, but everything, including the directions, were still in bags.

Searched for a video to see how physically big it was, to see if it was gonna fit on my shelf. So here I am.

It will fit.

Will be the first Lego set I've put together. I've played with Lego as a child, but never had a set, just a box of blocks.

Has anyone realised that moff gideons cape is the same cape as general grievous, so that means we can put it on our lego version of general grievous

If the battlepacks return in 2022, I'm sure that there will be a dark trooper one. I think lego wants more out of that special helmet mold.
I don't think that dark troopers will appear in any other set other than a battlepack in the future. Also they would sell pretty well.

They don't even need to make a new molde for the Dark Saber. They just need to pick the existing ninja sword and either dual mold it in silver and black or just paint the blade black.
