The Note that's played is a G so you can either:
1 - Play a G with it (such as the open 3rd string for guitar players).
2 - Strum/play a G chord with it.
3 - Play any scale that has a G as it's tonic (G minor pentatonic, major pentatonic, dorian, mixolyidan, etc.)
