Understanding micro-algae

This video produced by the M3-HABS explains what are micro-algae, in particular ostreopis, how these tiny organisms proliferate, how they can be toxic for humans. The video also focus on the research, monitoring, forecasting and mitigation of benthic harmful algal blooms along Mediterranean coasts carried out by the partners of the M3-HABS project.
