The one thing I wish is that I was able to share or advertise a collection, and not just an item. As it is, I don't really see the benefit of collections. When I go to my catalogue I see all items and collections anyway.

WhatsApp Business is the worst developer experience I've ever had.

We want to spend around £3, 000 a month with them, but if you put in a support request they simply ignore it.

Do you want a proper enterprise grade application, with separate phone numbers for Dev, QA, UAT and Production? Good luck with that. If you try and create multiple numbers under one account, they prevent you from adding more than 2. If you create multiple business accounts to try and work around this, they block you. Absolute joke. If I knew what I know now before starting the project, I would have discouraged the client from taking this route. You're effectively running what should be production-grade services without any support, and the weak link in the chain is Meta.
