In the UK u dial 141 to hide the caller id. It works on all phones including landline

I have been a faithful follower done everything you have said to do, don't change this don't change that, change this to save battery life and in the end I screwed up my phone so bad I got a black screen had to reset the phone only way to do it was to turn a flash light on directly on the face of the phone to see where to go to reset my phone. I was not happy.

Love it!!! except the procedure to not identify your outgoing call.
I think I’m quicker and easier( no typos on entering numbers) going to settings, then phone, then show my caller ID and turn it off.
