Your videos are very good. They're produced so that even I can understand them. I've just watched two of your videos, one on the Eco Flow Delta Pro 3 and the Anker 3800. My main purpose is to power my 240v well pump. The Eco Flow is more expensive. Is it worth the extra money over the Anker? Thanks, I look forward to your response.

Great video, Hey quick question, how can I get an accurate reading for the extra battery state of charge, I see the side bars on the circle readout but the main unit shows less than 100% when charging stops, what am I missing?

Hey MMP thanks for the informative video,
It’s nice that you’ve had good luck with EcoFlow customer service however a lot of us have not. I’ve tried phoning them, live chat on their website and emailing them with no solution or fix for my issue. I have an issue with my DP1 turning off the AC outlets for 15 seconds during the power switch from mains power to battery power if I’m running a small window air conditioner. I’ve tried 4 different small air conditioners that run about 1000 watts and the DP1 shuts down the AC outlets for 15 seconds then powers back on. Totally unacceptable in my opinion.

Ben, I’m trying to determine if it’s safe to use these as a dedicated power source for air conditioning in the summer. If heard it uses a high frequency inverter which runs more risks than a low frequency inverter. But I’m curious what your thoughts are.

I have a 5 ton ac unit, so I would need to use two of these and likely extra batteries, but the plan would be to have backup solar generator capability in an emergency, and to offset electric bill in summer when the world is turning normally.

I would also have a standard gas generator as a standby to charge the DP3 pros in a pinch

Any input you can provide would be extremely helpful! Thanks!

Why is this not recommended as a partial solar home generator for running a couple 12k mini splits and such for a large part of the day? Even though Eg4 hybrid solar mini split came out, I still see use in this as reducing reliance on the grid? Am I wrong? And why isn't this a decent alternative for people wanting to get into solar fast? Thank you!

I had 2 Eco Flow Delta Pro 3 (DP3) units running in parallel with their 50 AMP ultra hub bridge. One of the units was defective and caused a tremendous power surge which fried my HVAC thermostat and ECU, coffee maker, Air Purifier, GFCI outlets, and over a dozen outlet surge protectors and damaged 2, 200 AMP breaker panels. The damages have run into the thousands. White smoke poured out of one of the batteries when the breaker panels when into arcs. The battery displayed a triangle with an exclamation point. EF tecs said that the battery was defective and unsafe. One electrician who inspected my system told me that one of his customers had a similar problem with his EF Ultra except that he didn't have the unit hooked up to the home. I like the EF Delta 2 Max batteries, but the EF DP3 and the bridge is not good. $12, 000 of damage was done.

Two questions, 1. Having two DP3’s connected via the 50 amp hub, can I connect my RV’s 50 amp plug directly to the hub and attain the 8000 watt output? 2. Can the DP3 be charged via AC while outputting AC? 3. oops, when AC charging, do you charge the individual DP3’s or charge one and it charges the other?
