PB+J chocolates 🍫🌼
Simple to make and simply irresistible, these treats are perfect for keeping in the fridge for all the peanut butter and jelly lovers out there!
Ingredients:
200 g chocolate (7 oz)
3/4 tsp peanut butter per serving
1/2 tsp jam per serving
Instructions:
1. Place small chunks of chocolates or chocolate chips in a double boiler over simmering water or in a microwave-safe bowl and melt the chocolate either by stirring constantly over the double boiler until fully melted or by microwaving in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval until smooth.
2. Pour a small amount of melted chocolate into the bottom of each mold, spreading it evenly to cover the base and the sides.
3. Tap the molds gently on the counter to remove any air bubbles and refrigerate the chocolates for about half an hour or until solid.
4. Then, remove the moulds from the fridge and add a small dollop of peanut butter to the center of each mold on top of the chocolate base.
5. Add a small dollop of jam or jelly on top of the peanut butter.
6. Pour more melted chocolate over the peanut butter and jam, ensuring they are fully covered.
7. Tap the molds again to level the chocolate and remove any air bubbles.
8. Place the molds in the refrigerator and allow the chocolates to set for at least 1-2 hours or until they are firm.
9. Once the chocolates are fully set, carefully pop them out of the molds.
10. Store the chocolates in an airtight container in the refrigerator or a cool place until ready to enjoy.
