Don't be freaked out, most babies sleep all day and are up all night. From what I read it is because we are moving around during the day which rocks the baby to sleep. Then when we go to bed at night we stop moving and the baby wakes up. May son did the same exact thing. It was like clock work by the end of my pregnancy. My husband and I would lie in bed talking to my belly watching and feeling the baby move. And if you ever need the baby to move again or you need his heart rate to raise just drink some juice. I started carry a juice box with me to my appointments because the doctors scared me the same way. It was actually my doula that advised me to eat something sweet.

Do what makes you feel comfortable! I personally think you should change your OBG GYN. It's very important to feel comfortable and positive about your dr. This is the person who will be delivering your baby. You are early in your pregnancy. I did it and it was the best decision I've done. I finally got the pills you gave me the links for... the vegetarian ones were out of stock for awhile... so I got some from Swanson... did you use evening primrose also? if so how did you go about using the primrose? I was told to take both only a few wks up until your ovulation window & then only continue the chasteberry until you get a bfp(if negative start again once you get a period)!

I really don't think I would have been able to have a natural birth without my doula. She kept everyone in check during my labor and delivery.

I wonder Y people are itching from epidural?!… I have had 7 children and out of those 7, I’ve had epidural 4X . Times.., not one time have I ever been itchy afterwards… now with this last time I had epidural, the numbness lingered longer then it should have… so that was weird… Thank God my best friend told me about these leg cuffs … I used those to get everything back circulating in my legs.
