Sweet Potato Pound Cake Recipe: Bake for 1 hr 15 mins on 325 degrees

3 cups all purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups unsalted butter
3 cups of sugar
5 eggs
3/4 cup milk
1 tablespoon vanilla extract

Sweet Potato Filling:
2-3 sweet potatoes (baked for 1hr 30 mins)-mashed
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 sticks of butter
2 eggs
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1/2 tablespoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Glaze:
1 cup powdered sugar
1-2 tablespoons milk
