Biden leads Trump by 10 points in NEW 2020 poll

On today's What America's Thinking, a new Hill-HarrisX poll finds Joe Biden leads Donald Trump by 10 percentage points in a 2020 general election matchup. Democratic pollster and Founding Partner at Hit Strategies, Terrance Woodbury, and Republican pollster and Partner at the Tarrance Group, B.J. Martino, discuss the candidates' chances. This survey was conducted online within the United States from June 1-4, 2020 among 2,827 registered voters by HarrisX.

As a statistician I want to see the set up for this poll and the methodology thereof. We saw in 2016 how absolutely wrong all these polls were, especially conducted by the major networks. The only poll which had it spot on was the Daybreak Poll of the LA Times. The reason being every time 1000 people were polled in each state, so it gave a good cross section of the US voting intentions and these were not much different to the actual election in November 2016. The other polls were very biased and only concentrated in centers were Democrats were prevalent, so it gave a completely warped outcome. Having Joe Biden 10 points in front is meaningless and is a sure sign of a particular bias, which makes this poll null and void.

I'm in real estate and part of my job is driving around neighborhoods. I spent 2 hours driving today and saw one Biden sign. One. I just don't see anyone in real life or online fired up about a Biden presidency.
