Thankfully I make my shoes last because I have to buy my own shoes and they are not cheap. I can sometimes make my shoes last 2 weeks maybe 3 depending on what I'm dancing.

I don’t understand why they can’t make them out of better materials to last longer i understand not wanting to change certain aspects of ballet for the long standing of not changing the beauty of it but sometimes with a little change comes a better outcome make the toe of a better longer lasting material vs silk we have come a long way with shoe making we should be able to do something❤
