I also love Buffalo wings, my preferred method is to inject the whole wing with Buffalo sauce and smoke at 275 until close to temperature, then crisp them up over direct heat.

These look amazing! You should try dredging them in cornstarch before grilling next time to make them more like fried wings.

Me and my wife love making wings we marinate them in pickle juice before cooking and the season them with whatever sauce we want they come out amazing the pickle juice give them a delicious flavor !

Nice. Would it be ok to put the wings back in the fridge after the marinade to dry the skin out a little? I’ve never marinaded wings. But I do usually just dry them out in the fridge for a few hours. That seems to help my skin get crispy easier. Thanks!!

rather than coating after cooking would it work to baste the wings in the buffalo sauce while they're grilling over direct or indirect heat?
