Honestly someone with depression and adhd sometimes brushing my teeth is hard but I can see the tooth brushing product working for me in those days were basic care is just hard. Idk how to explain, but I know it would work and it better than not brushing 🤷‍♀️

A skincare YT person sd the white spots on the acne patches aren't stuff pulled from your skin, which I also thought. Skeptical me researched it, and it's the hydrocolloid after it becomes moist. It definitely bummed me out. I liked the idea of something sucking out the nastiness, lol.

Rachel was going back and forth on her desire to find a more efficient way of brushing her teeth until she discovered that automatic toothbrush / mouthguard thingy that allowed Rachel to brush her teeth, however, the act of moving the device back and forth took a serious bite out of Rachel's ability to use the product when it didn't even scrape her molars and was also impossible to clean.

I love shadow shields! I usually cut them in half tho to make them last longer as well as be more comfortable during the process and you can always blend the edge if you aren’t going for the hard straight line!
