allot of people have been saying it is easier on other models so i finally got to experience the 2010 mazda 3 cabin air filter is a much easier install process than previous models i hope this shows you how to change and or replace it in a quick couple step tutorial

Nice video rich. Thank god they improved the cabin filter location on the newer models. I have an 07 previous model Mazda 3 and whilst not impossible it's a real pain to change the cabin filter. But %100 necessary as my filters were all black and mouldy like these ones. Really improved the smell and fan speed too.

whats the air flow direction? had original filter which i replaced after 12 years and 276k km. dosent tell on the old filter only on the new i coule find the air flow direction

That seems to be very easy, some videos I have seen show you removing the glove box! Is that for an older Mazda 3 model?

Thank goodness much faster. I've seen videos that take you on a scavenger hunt just to switch these out. I miss my 2000 Mazda Protege though, was just faster to do the basic maintenance things like this. And you didn't have to get underneath spaces.

The last person to change these in mine put them in incorrectly, so they were jammed in there. Biggest pain in the rear!
