So - I had to go to the grocery store the other day. There were people walking around like Nothing is going on. I can’t believe it. They’re not observing any safe social distance. How stupid!!! I grabbed what I went in after and got the hell out of there. Missouri.

As someone who has tested fluorescent dyes for 10 years, I GUARANTEE no one is washing their hands right. I tried and found it was pretty much impossible. I did find out that taking a 15 minute shower will eliminate nearly (yes, still less than 100%) of contamination.

This doesn't mean you will get sick despite all this; the most resilient contamination normally stays where it is until the next shower.

garlic, ginger, lemons, limes, cayenne pepper, chicken soup, turmeric, teas remember if you do get sick try to keep moving around it helps the lungs and it's just as important as resting.

Stock up spirulina, chlorella, paprika, turmeric all have a long shelf life.

GM Doc Thank You 🙏🏽 Vitamin D is also good for your immune system but how much should you be taking daily? Currently I’m taking 2, 000 IU daily. Also is vitamin C helpful to your immune system?
