A robust way to allow for inputs in years (in this case growth rates associated with revenue that differ every year), and converting it to monthly so that you don't need to manually connect to every single annual period.
In this way it looks up what year the month is in, and finds the matching growth rate and places it into the monthly model. The major benefit is that it is a single formula copied across the entire period.
