I am glad you’re excited that they now come in USB-C. The rest of us have about 1000 lightning cables laying around the house. Don’t get me wrong. I’m glad that Apple switch to USB-C. But an update that only changes the plug and offers. No new features just doesn’t get me all excited.

great news about all the new features…very exciting. its not so great news to see how Apple drags their feet on adding new features I know they always say “they may not be first but they work towards quality” but sometimes I just get tired. waiting for the AirPods pro whenever they arrive???

I bought the top tier AirPods last year. Ended up giving them to a friend. Doesn’t matter how great they sound if they don’t stay in your ears. They literally fly out. Tried all the ear pieces. Did all the things cust service suggested. They just don’t work with my ear shape. I use the low end out of necessity. Those stay in and are comfortable for me. I live in fear of them being discontinued.

Apple needs to let us control the ANC! They reduce the ANC with updates. I want to decide its intensity myself! And let us decide when to update!

Maybe if Apple actually upgraded the AirPods Max more often they would have better sales. The price is high for what you currently get in particular if you compare them to whats available in the same price range.

I'm in the market for new headphones for travel and was hoping to get the Max's but not if they don't have some serious upgrades and or price reduction to align with other headphones in the same category.

I would like to see Apple come out with a more "bud" style airpod rather than the stem style. I've never used airpods but they seem to be not a good fit for working out. I currently use a pair of Jabra Elite active. Can you comment to the fit of airpods pro for working out?
