Ambassador Frank Wisner talks about multilateral diplomacy. Having been ambassador to Egypt, Wisner talks about some of the problems plaguing the region at large, including sectarianism and the Syrian refugee crisis.
Ambassador Wisner joined the State Department in 1961 and has served as Ambassador to Zambia, Egypt, the Philippines, and India. In 2005 he represented the United States at the Kosovo Status Talks.
