Austin Wells has been such an underrated contributor to the Yankees success. Offense and defense has been top notch all season Im glad hes our starting catcher 💯

Clarke Schmidt was in the middle of the yankees insane pitching run in May and when he got injured, that's when the yankees flaws started being exposed. I hope with his return the Yankees can bring back that pitching magic they've lost since his injury.

One thing Gleybar never gets enough credit for IMO is tagging runners out. I can't count how many times runners have beat the throw but he has such a smooth catch and tag. Just my $.02 worth.

1st must respect to all the Cubs fans. You guys got class. 2nd I think we should use that combination of Schmidt and Cortez everytime Schmidt starts. 3rd Wells is awesome. 4th Verdugo must sit and the Martian has to be called up

Good win. I about died when I saw Boone had Holmes warming up. Can we get rid of Verdugo? Besides being bad, he isn't even trying.

Wells has been a revelation behind the plate. Great to have both Gil and Schmidt back in the rotation. If they stay strong - that could really benefit the team in the playoffs
