'Authentication is required.You need to sign in to your Google Account' On Android Fixed

Hi guys,
I've been trying two ways of fixing the authentication error on Google Play Store when I can't download a new app for my Android phone. Here was I did try:
Method 1: Add Google Account on to the Android phone by:
Going to Settings then Accounts, choose Google then add my existing email account there. But it doesn't work just yet.
Method 2 : This video I am using method 2 after failed with method 1.
Step 1: Go to Settings
Step 2: Choose Application settings then go into Application Manger
Step 3: Find under the All tab Google Play Store, click to open
Step 4: Clear all the app data (clicking on clear data)
Step 5: Scroll down and choose Launch
Step 6: Google will ask to update the account info then click OK
Now come back to the Google Play Store, it works!

just clear data and click google play store and its done

on the S7, through Application Manager and selecting Google Play Store, it does not offer an option to clear data, only Disable or Force Stop
