This worked on my 2015 Mazda 3. The music section was non-responsive. The rest was ok. Never had this happen in 7 years but I have had freezes where simply switching off and on worked. So thank you a lot. Saved me booking in with the dealer for repair.

I have a 2018 Mazda CX-5 ! I am so glad I came across this video. Literally has been doing this months after I got the car and just ignored it. It’s now a year later (don’t judge) and I finally just looked it up instead of taking it in & this was such an easy fix! Thanks this fixed my back up camera glitch! When I put it in reverse the back up camera wasn’t popping up. This fixed it. 2018 mazda 3 owner here!
