White nonpareils are used for the “snow” being careful to allow your other icing areas to set before having fun with these, otherwise they’ll stick to the wrong spots on your cookie

In between different icing layers, I speed the cookie process up using my dehydrator set at 95 degrees { Elite Gourmet Dehydrator by Maxi-Matic found in My Favorite Things LinkTree @floureggsyeast }
