Maschine *Update* // NEW Poly Synth // What is it? How to use it? First Beat.

With Native Instruments Maschine update 2.14 Maschine Users were surprised with a NEW multi-voice synth plugin Poly Synth.

Poly Synth includes:
- Up to 16 voices
-Two oscillators
- A multimode filter
- Two envelope generators
- One LFP
- Modulation and Poly Mod

In this video I answer two common questions I found; where and how do I find the 250 presets that Poly Synth launched with? How do I save and use my own presets? I had to give it a try for myself (and with these videos I try to make a new beat not knowing how it'll turn out. This sound turned out like an old school Nintendo beat).

Technically, you are not saving a preset. There is a difference saving a preset and saving a sound. You are saving a sound in your example. You can save a maschine preset as well - this will save all page knob settings but not the macro. Sound saves all efx + page knob settings and sound macros. Important also, is that any send aux effects settings (destination, etc) in the individual preset and sound are not saved in either but rather saved in the project.
